Smooved offers a free, online one stop shop to optimize all your moving administration in one go.

Our go-to-market focuses on real estate brokers: using their own branded version of our software, brokers can unburden movers. In return, we help them turn their customers into ambassadors.

Your mission

As an important part of our Sales team, you will create and manage a team that will:

  • Launch our go-to-market with real estate brokers in Wallonia and Brussels and scale it into a massive success
  • Help Smooved claim the space of strategic growth partners for real estate brokers in WAL+BXL
  • Position Smooved as the thought leader on how to create ambassadorship for real estate brokers in WAL + BXL

Expected outcomes

We expect you to deliver the following key results:

  • Grow a deep knowledge of Smooved’s value proposition and product in the first 30 days
  • Grow a clear understanding of the real estate broker’s goals, needs, expectations, and preferences continuously
  • Open 75+ new broker accounts in first 12 months
  • Continuously ensure all your accounts are ready for a successful launch, and set up for long-term success and growth – in close collaboration with our Customer Success team

Who we need?

We are looking for an entrepreneurial A-player:

  • You take joy in prospecting, you don’t take no for an answer
  • You have a proven track record in SaaS sales or industries with similar product and / or sales dynamics (high deal volume, mid-level deal size, relationship building)
  • Network in real estate industry is a strong plus, but not a requirement
  • You are able to earn the trust of potential customers, ask the necessary questions and trigger the right buttons to close a deal
  • Combine strong empathy with a solution-minded, goal-oriented mindset and approach
  • Native in FR, NL is a nice bonus
